The mission of NASC's DUI program it to reduce the incidence and prevalence of driving under the influence and enhance the quality of life of people in our community, through excellent education and counseling services in a safe, culturally sensitive environment.
DUI Process
Participants complete an intake session and are given a schedule for required classes and appointments. Attendance is strictly regulated because completion of the class is court-ordered.
Drivers with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or higher (i.e., drunk drivers) are considered alcohol-impaired by law.
